With 23 years of primary school teaching experience and a background as a senior mental health lead, I bring a wealth of knowledge and empathy to my practice. As a husband and father of two, I understand the stresses and strains of 21st-century life, which inspired my shift towards holistic therapies.

 

Trained at the prestigious Yve Holistic Training—awarded Massage Therapy Training Provider of the Year for Central England 2023/2024—I now run a private clinic dedicated to nurturing the body, mind, and spirit.
